We were recently honoured to be nominated in two categories at the prestigious Charles Gordon Trust Awards - Local Business Excellence and Mum Behind the Magic - proudly placing within the top four finalists within Mum Behind the Magic.

The Charles Gordon Trust celebrates individuals, charities and organisations that make a real difference in their communities. Their annual awards highlight businesses that go above and beyond to inspire excellence, promote inclusion, and create lasting positive impact.

To be acknowledged in both categories is a huge achievement for us, and a reflection of the love, dedication and teamwork that make Giant Steps Nursery so special.

Our Story

Founded in September 2021, Giant Steps Nursery has quickly become a trusted part of the local community. We believe that when a child is in our care, they belong to all of us. Every member of our team is committed to nurturing children's confidence, creativity, and curiosity through high quality early years education.

But our support does not stop with the children. We work closely with our parents too - providing them with support to ensure every parent and child receive the care and opportunities they deserve. We are incredibly proud of how far we have come in such a short time, and this recognition from the Charles Gordon Trust reinforces our belief that community, compassion, and collaboration make the biggest difference
